What is a ‘Diagnostic Assessment’?

I obtain your instructions regarding your own particular circumstances, and what it is that you want to achieve. I then give you a written assessment of your case, including a review of the relevant legal issues, and the options available to you. The fixed fee allows for up to 2 hours legal work - including our discussions, any necessary legal research, and the drafting of written advice.

You can see below an example of the sort of information I will require during the course of our discussions. This information, in turn, leads us on into a more detailed subjective investigation and analysis of your individual circumstances.

n.b. inheritance is not generally taken into account unless it has already occurred, or occurs before the legal issues arising from Divorce have been resolved.
